Chicken tikka recipe (Tandoori Chicken tikka recipe)

Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard
oil - 2 teaspoons
Salt - According to the quantity
Capsicum – 3 pieces
Onion – 3 pieces
Preparation
At first you buy some boneless chicken from market. Then cut
the boneless chicken into small cubes. After that take half cup of drained yogurt
in a bowl.
Now you mix the chicken, drained yogurt and above-mentioned
ingredients very well in the bowl.

Coat the chicken pieces well with the mixture.
Keep the meat pieces in refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours after

Preheat the oven at 190 degrees Celsius after taking out the marinated meat pieces. Next, place a wire rack on top of a baking tray covered with aluminium foil.

After that place the chicken skewers on the rack. Bake the
tray for 20 to 25 minutes in the centre of the oven.
You turn the skewers at the roasting time to make sure the
skewers are fully cooked and golden brown on all sides. When the chicken is
fully cooked, remove from the oven.
